I just realised that my father nikor lens (50mm f/1.2 AI) can focus on my D70. Not the real AF, but if you try to manual focus the lens, you have to see the green indicator in the viewfinder. If the green indicator is stop blinking then your lens is in focus and you can shoot it right away. Stupid me, I have been using this lens on my D70 for more than 2 years and just realised the secret of the green indicator a couple of days ago. I found the secret on flickr forum site. Please throw me some cake on my face...But I am still dreaming to get the Nikkor AF 50mm f/1.4 D. Maybe someday when I've got enough money.
