Nikon 18-105 VR or Nikon 18-70?

I realized that most of my pictures that had been taken with my previous Nikon 18-70 and using shutter speed below 1/30 are mostly blur and not sharp. Then I heard about Nikon 18-105 VR. Yes it was the VR that really interesting for me. So, I sold my Nikon 18-70 and bought a Nikon 18-105. Since then, most of my pictures taken with shutter speed below 1/30 are mostly sharp. Even I can get a sharp pictures with a 1/4 second shutter speed hand held! Can you imagine that?

So if your on a budget and thinking about upgrading your lens from Nikon 18-70 to Nikon 18-105 VR just go for it! Unless you have a big fat wallet then go for Nikon 18-200 VR or Nikon 16-85 VR. VR really works! Trust me! This is a picture of my daughter taken hand held with Nikon 18-105 VR and shutter speed 1/8 second. No Photoshop. Just look her eyes, still sharp!
